Terms & Conditions
Upon the purchase of a tour ticket you are agreeing to the Lally Coach Hire Ltd. (trading as Lally Tours) terms and conditions of sale, which are outlined below.

1. Booking and Shipment/Distribution of Tickets
Your purchase will be confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation number following the booking process, additionally by a confirmation email to the address provided.
1.2 In Person
Your purchase will be confirmed with a physical ticket that will be provided at our ticket offices, our drivers, our mobile ticket offices, or through 3rd party agents.
1.3 Phone Bookings
Your purchase will be confirmed with a confirmation number that will be given to you verbally, additionally via a confirmation email where possible.
Lally Tours has sufficient third party liability insurance to all passengers and tour participants.
Lally Tours does not include travel insurance in any of the listed services or tours.
3. Property and Luggage
You are permitted to bring two pieces of luggage on the tours. The driver reserves the right to require larger pieces of luggage to remain in the under-coach lockers. Additional pieces of luggage can usually be facilitated when requested in advance of the tour.
A limited number of bicycles may be permitted as luggage on the coach with advance notice.
Lally Tours does not accept responsibility for luggage or property lost, damaged or stolen while traveling with us or stored on our vehicles or property.
Cancellations can be made by contacting Lally Tours via email, phone or in person.
The refund information given below is applicable to standard and regular tours and trips offered by Lally Tours.
Custom or special tours and trips may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
5.1.3 Refunds requests will only be accepted via email to email@example.com
5.2 Method of Payment
Refunds shall only be made via the same method of payment that the original purchase was made. Any international tranfer or currency transfer costs related to requested refunds will be deducted from the balance owed
5.3 Day Tours
With 48 hours notice or more a full refund will be honored
With more than 24 hours notice or more a 50% refund will be honored
With less than 24 hours notice, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund
5.4 Extended and Multi-Day Tours
With 120 days or more notice from date of departure a full refund will be honored
Between 119 and 89 days notice from date of departure a 50% refund will be honored
5.4.2 With less than 90 days notice from date of departure, unfortunately we would not be in the position to provide any refunds.
6. Itinerary and Frequency
Lally Tours reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries and stops without notice. This will only be done when absolutely necessary and within the interest of our passengers and customers.
All tours require a minimum number of passengers. In the unlikely event of this occurring, customers will be given the options to receive a full refund, or to take an alternative tour.
8. Feedback and Complaints

with all feedback or complaints.
Tours must be booked at least 1 day in advance in the ticket office.
20% off any additional tours purchased applies only to Golden Ticket Holder.
All Golden Tickets are dated and expire 6 months from the date of issue.
Golden Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash.
Golden Tickets may only be redeemed for 1 of each tour: 1 x Cliffs of Moher, 1 x Connemara, 1 x Aran Islands.
Lally Tours are not responsible if a Golden Ticket is lost, stolen or used without permission.
All our usual terms and conditions and policies apply to the Golden Ticket.
