As a result of the ongoing pandemic, we require passengers and guests to wear a face covering/face mask on our premises and on board our vehicles for their safety, the safety of fellow passengers and for the safety of our staff.
In line with governmental guidelines, passengers and guests must wear face coverings on board our vehicles. This means that guests can not consume any food or beverages while on board in the interest of your safety, the safety of other passengers and the safety of our staff.
Lally Tours may, in line with governmental guidelines, be required to cancel or postpone tours. In the case of governmental lockdowns, restrictions or changing guidelines we will notify you if these changes affect your booking. We will work with you to find an alternative date of travel and get you on tour with us at some stage in the near future.
Passengers and guests, in line with current governmental guidelines, do not need to be vaccinated or possess a vaccination certificate to travel on board our vehicles.
Customers' contact details will be retained after a tour has ended as they are required for contact tracing. In the case of having a Covid-19 positive passenger on board, this passenger's close contacts will be given to the HSE in line with current protocol.
